"I'm really just giving 5 stars because of the LOADS of money Progressive saved me on just car insurance. I was with GEICO for 5 year and they were great! HOWEVER I've never needed it and just want mental security, but prices kept raising "due to the area I love in" (madison wi) it only took me 15 minutes to get the exact coverage I had with geico to progressive and now I'm saving literally over 500$ each premium. If you are looking for other car insurance options jist give Progressive a call and see what they will do for you. It didn't take long and customer service was super freindly!"

"Claims representatives are pretty good at their job but in general progressive is very slow and non communicative. Its also difficult when you experience a car crash and speak with someone who speaks fractured english during a high stress situation and they cant understand you. No word on my car and the shop is waiting for a representative to look at my car, and i have no updates on when this will happen. After yhis is over, i will be changing my insurance carrier. Ive had progessive since i got this care and ive paid 100 a month for years to get minimul help in crisis situations, and zero roadside assistance. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS INSURANCE"
"I thought everything was going fine until I got a $70 bill outta nowhere!!! Apparently I opted out of snapshot that I didn't even know i was apart of to begin with! Pretty irritated about this! This should really be against the law! I was never told that they could bill me $70 For something I didn't even know I was a part of! Now I am stuck with them until December! I would have Added a picture of my bill but it doesn't say what the $70 is for imagine that.."
