"Would zero if possible. Hold time was 45 min. I've called in 3 times and 3 different women who answered were rude as could be. I'm shocked at the service. I can't imagine how they treat you once you're there. Couldn't get a simple answer was told I need a Dr visit before they would do anything. They just want money and it's obvious. I wouldn't bring a Cabbage Patch Doll to this clinic. So disappointing"

"I liked it better when my doctor was in white bear, since moving to Hugo… I get Sara all the time and not my doctor. Although I understand my doctor is busy, it would be of comfort sometimes to talk or receive a message from her! Sara needs to at least say Good-bye not just hang up the phone when someone says good- bye, and not say no problem… uncaring and it’s unprofessional, being exposed to Covid at age 62, and not being able to receive a call from my doctor to make a decision of me receiving any treatment for my symptoms I find very disturbing. Sara knows nothing of my health history to have made this decision! The time line was not 2 days to be treated but 5-7 days onset of symptoms to be treated…. Covid is a serious matter not to be taken lightly!!!! A an assistant has no right to make that decision."
