"Be aware she does not honor insurance discount agreements. Makes you pay up front, our insurance states we should have a discount which she doesnt honor. Refusing to refund our money even after insurance company contacted her."
"Okay, firstly shes expensive.$$$ Be wary of the cost and if you're covered. Her process of getting you enrolled into her care is strange and since she sends you all the paperwork online I didn't realize what was what. Well ended up 200 dollars out and be warned you pay RIGHT AFTER service / before. Which is hard because most places you can set up a payment plan and it's more affordable. Definitely dont reccomend."
"Good therapist, BUT be leary of her billing policies. My husband and I had to make a late cancellation for an appointment due to family issues. We explained we would pay for the session but would need time/payments. Then, we got one bill 2 months later, mailed a payment. Another bill didn't come for 3 more months, and she applied late charges even though we hadn't received a bill to make payments on. Made another payment. Then another 5 or so months pass before we get a bill, and again she applies late charges. This time it came with a letter stating her billing system wasn't working correctly, but still charged us late charges for her mistake. We tried calling to speak to her, but she would only answer via "text" on the Klara System, saying she didn't know we needed a payment plan. We have since paid off the complete $200 charge for the missed session, but she continues to send us bills for late charges every couple of months. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH HER LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND UNWILLINGNESS TO COMPROMISE OVER FIRST AND ONLY LATE CANCELLATION."
