"Came here to collect various seaweed samples for research purposes and was left in awe of the views! The cove has tiny little lapping waves that make for such a peaceful excursion. There's a rocky area too for those who want to be a bit more adventurous. It was a short walk from the parking area, but totally worth it being at the edge of the famous Pebble Beach Golf Course!"
"What a GREAT beach access in Carmel by the Sea!! Cool temps, saw a teenager have a surprise birthday party, easy access with stone steps, a spicket to rinse your feet off with, and plenty of space to put your blanket. The water was ice cold but there was somebody there with the professional camera and zoom lens in the water taking pictures of two Surfers. The view is absolutely gorgeous and the smoke from all the fires was not bad. Then we went to eat at Portobello and it was wonderful! La great place to visit"
"Great little beach but the access is kind of far. They require you park up at the tennis courts and walk down which seems like a long way but it is worth it."
"Fantastic spot that many people don't know about when visiting Pebble Beach. You have to time the tides or access will be under water. If you know where to go, you can cut through the golf course and the a set of stairs down. Plenty of errant golf balls to pick up and the views are incredible on a sunny day. I'm not sure if you can access the beach without a resident badge or if you can pay to get in, but it's worth it."
