"Slides were fun but too crowded and not enough chairs. Rowdy nights. Staff claims they cannot enforce quiet hours before outside of the designated time frame (11pm to 7am). Loud music playing from rooms and rowdy behavior; it certainly did not feel family type venue at night. Never returning; I’d rather spend my money elsewhere where quality service is provided, and safe and respectful environment for all is valued."
"Stayed one night, which was perfect for a 1 and 3 year old, when they get older we’ll probably stay longer. The place is a good value proposition. It’s nice to let the kids play in the water in the middle of winter. Lots of amenities and the rooms are quite large."
"I took my 3 kids on a quick little getaway here the other day. We had so much fun! The rooms were nice, big and clean. The hotel staff was very polite. We stayed on a Monday and we were able to walk right on all the water slides and the water was super clean. It was great to have food, snacks and other activities all in the hotel since it was pouring outside. We will definitely be returning!"
"Its close by, fun for the kids with lots to do for them. The inside water park is okay. For kids again, it's a blast. I'm not a huge fan of chlorine, but I do understand why it's needed. But indoors the heat plus the chlorine, it felt about like sitting on a sauna. Once I started down the slides, it got more comfortable. We will be back because it's fun for the kids and close enough. The dance part at night for the kids is pretty fun, and the service is good enough. The price is doable but pushing it. The food, for the most part, isn't worth what it cost"
"Rooms are newer and clean. The water park is great when it's not crowded. The magi quest is a load of fun for the kids. My 6-8 year olds finished it in a day and we're super into it. It was a solid 4-5 hours of entertainment. We got a lot of exercise playing since it required exploring different parts of the hotel back and forth. My only two cons are that the food there is expensive. Luckily there's a shopping area right next door so it's easy to pick up food and take it back to the hotel. The other con is this place can get really packed on weekends or holidays. If you can, please try to avoid those days and you'll enjoy the trip 100x more."
