"Please train your staff in customer service to route customers inquiring about “western union” etc in the right direction. Management, please turn off notice on the directory online stating that this location Does NOT offer the service. I had to walk into the store with my walker just to be turned around and told my your staff that “she” has no idea who offers this service but they don’t…. Great customer service!"

"Long story short, I stopped at Pick n Save's gas pumps after a problem due to the extreme cold. I was assisted by Kim, the attendant, who was very helpful & really saved the day. While I'm at it, my review of the store is that I really Pick N save's in general. They are clean, their produce looks great, and they always seem to stress good customer service to their staff. This store is no exception to that business model."

"This store obviously doesn’t mind loosing their business to the newer super Walmart... I don’t mind the prices, however, they do a poor job at keeping the shelves stocked and carrying a decent selection. If you intend to make a quick stop even for just a few items, expect to walk back and forth and up and down isles to find what you need. Expect to revise your dinner plans as you shop...frustrating."

"I do not understand the people who give bad reviews to this store. Folks, if you want ALDI's prices, go around the corner on Rt 51, put your quarter in the slot to get a cart, put your food in a left over box, and be happy that you got second class food and service AND SAVED $1.25. I find this store very nice. The employees there have always been very helpful. That's important to me, because I'm slightly handicapped. If I ask, they always help me get things. The prices are fair, and the sale prices, coupons, and the Kroger Plus Card all make for a good value shopping experience. The new ClickList feature is something that I find amazing, and wonderful. Ordering on my computer, and having my order brought to my car is so helpful. The people who loaded my order were extra nice, and saved my aching back. Back in my Grandmothers day, you could call the grocery and have the "grocery kid" deliver to your house. This is not quite like that, but it's a step in the right direction. Way to go, Pick 'N Save"

"I have to agree with the others who have provided feedback. My husband & I decided we will no longer be shopping at this store. They have NEVER had everything we went in for (sale items). We went shopping today and had to get 2 rain checks -- which we will not be using since we decided on the way home it's a waste of time going there. The produce section is horrible. It's in questionable condition at the time of sale. Last week when we were there their avocados labeled "ripe now" were obviously way beyond their sale date. I told my husband (as a produce staff member was stocking produce) that I would be embarrassed to sell something like that. Their meat is not very good. We started shopping at Costco for our meat, produce and other grocery items and love it at Costco so much more than at this Pick 'n Save."
