"I'd give it zero stars if I could. I ordered the Texas Longhorn from the Stoughton, WI restaurant 02/27/2024. I got two slivers of shaved meat the rest of the sandwich was lettuce and mayonnaise. Not worth $8.11."
"Food is decent quality. They offer delivery but will send the driver home all the time. If you order delivery and the driver is gone, they will not refund the delivery fee or driver tip. Not worth it."
"Don't bother ordering from the stoughton store online if you expect or to be made before you get there. Twice now, ordered 20 mins in advance WITH A TIP ADDED, they don't even start the order until I'm already in the store, waiting behind folks just walking in. Totally not cool. You have orders paid, don't take any more or staff up folks. If you complain, they just shrug and say we're busy. Seems chronic."
"While the food was great and the staff that helped me were super nice my experience changed while I was eating my food. While they were quiet I could still hear who I’m guessing is the general manager by how he talked, was talking about a different member of staff to the others and was very disrespectful. While I agree with evaluating your employees, to do so how he did it was very unprofessional."
"I don’t do this normally at all, but I’m not kidding or exaggerating when I say I have tried this place on four different occasions now and they have messed up my order every single time, but I kept coming back and giving them another chance, because how can you possible mess up an order 4 seperate times? Each time it was something different from forgetting simple things like the chips I ordered and paid for, to entire sandwiches being made wrong or missing after I paid for it. I don’t even like writing bad reviews but this was crazy."
