"For now I wil say I cannot recommend this local Post office. I had a tracking number and was trying to get any help or options for a package that was supposed to be delivered the day I was going to be traveling for vacation! I walked in to get help and willing to travel to any post office to get my package the lady with blonde short hair and man with mustache and glasses immediately said..”sorry its not here its in a big process distribution building in Madison and I cant..dont know...sorry dont know what to tell you..” I was stunned!, and after walking out, feeling more helpless my friend said “ilein have them hold your mail..ill get it for you and mail it..” I went bk and had to explain myself again a few times to get a stinking phone number for the Stoughton Annex! unreal! I called the number early morn the next day to try to get my package, last resort before i left, the awesome helpful lady - unlike these two in this location..— the annex lady went above and beyond !!! to help and get my package before my vacation!! I got it!! All I wanted was options! They need a vacation or refresher training on customer service, its all your job entails!"
