"DO NOT GET YOUR TAXES DONE HERE!! When we received a letter from the IRS stating an error was made and that we owed more than $2000, we contacted HPS. Initially, they told us to ignore the letter telling us the IRS made a mistake. They didn't try to contact IRS for us to fix it! Then, when we continued to get letters from IRS, they stopped returnong our calls and our emails! We were left to deal with it ourselves. Meanwhile, the amount we owed accrued penalties and interest, which we now have to pay back! You take your chances getting your taxes done here. If they make a mistake, they won't stand by you! My husband and I recommended so many of our friends and coworkers to this guy. Hopefully he won't do the same thing to them!"
