"The first W/D I bought from them was damaged upon arrival, even though I was heavily assured it was "purely cosmetic". Within the first wash it was evident the machine was not working properly due to the damage, so I had to start the process of getting it resolved. Having Grand Appliance even be able to get someone from LG to respond to me was a hassle itself, and took a month in order to have someone come out and even take a look at it. Once the repairmen came out to look, within 5 minutes they were able to diagnose and determine that the issues are from the damage that Marty and everyone else at Grand Appliance assured me wouldn't cause it. Then, I go in to set up the replacement (mind you, I was required to spend an additional $5-600 for the replacement) and it's set up for Saturday. Cool. I was going to be out of town so I had someone at the house during the delivery window (which also got changed multiple times via text the night prior) only for us to figure out that it was never going to be delivered that day! (We only found out when WE called for the status, they weren't going to call us). The "Manager", Marty said he messed up (again) and that it cannot actually be delivered until Tuesday at the earliest. At this point I told him to cancel everything and issue a refund, as there have been multiple mistakes and inconsistencies thus far. He takes down my CC # to issue the refund, then calls the other party on the account to say that he's not refunding the card # provided (who knows why...?). Are you serious?! Grand Appliance definitely needs to take a look at the Management of this location (Sturtevant, WI), because it's lacking severely right now."
"DO NOT Buy anything from Grand Appliance. They DO NOT stand by the products they sell. They blame the manufacturer. We bought an extended warranty, refrigerator lasted 3 years. Extended warranty company would not show up to fix the issue. Sales manager could not help us. Customer Service could not get warranty company to show up and could not get manufacturer to provide new product. Customer Service representative hung up on me!! DO NOT Support this company. Tell all your friends to stay away."
"I spent over $6700 on appliances from your Brookfield location on 2/23/23 and cannot get the microwave delivered. I have called repeatedly and no calls back. Patty Wolf promised it would be delivered on 3/15 and I am still waiting on the 17th. Please just pick up all these other pieces, refund my money and let me go to some place reputable. Patty also stated I would be refunded the install cost of the washer and refrigerator which did not happen. Again I am still waiting for this."
"Ignorant business associates including Supervisor John I wouldn’t spend a dime here selling defective appliances for full retail price. Customer service is non-existent mocking customers, very rude and liars don’t trust them. I have everything in writing so I will let their words plus court costs speak in court. My refrigerator was missing a seal around the double doors. Condensation and water leaked caused the stainless steel to rust. Beware and shop somewhere that sells new appliances not defective appliances with markup price tags."
"I wasnt impressed with this store last year when I bought a refrigerator but decided to give them another shot. Terrible mistake! Brandon at the Appleton store is horrible at his job. He didn't follow up when he said he would. He took 3 days to return my call inquiring about a return. Then said I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee if I wanted to return the microwave that didn't fit in my cabinet. No stickers were removed and it was packed exactly the way I received it. I will NEVER use this company again!"
