"I just had the most disturbing experience at this location. The attendant(black lady with hair in a bun, with tattoos on her neck) was disrespectful and unprofessional with me while trying to send my package. As soon I walked in, she came over with an unprofessional attitude and didn't assist me with my package. As her Manager Eddie was helping.... she continued being unprofessional, making rude gestures and calling me ridiculous! I have shipped multiple times with FedEx, may consider going somewhere else.... Am sure there is a camera in that location. I would strongly advise FedEx management to look at the footage."
