"This location is horrible!!! They are either, lazy, stupid, or stealing my packages! I get Hello Fresh sometimes and unfortunately, the company partners with UPS to deliver the packages. I did not get my last 3 packages! The first one, it said it was delivered, but I never got it. So, they either stole it or gave it to the wrong apartment number, the second time it was delayed for 2 days because of Thanksgiving mind you my package is PERISHABLE FOOD...and so when the day came to finally be delivered, it got put on hold because it was damaged. The 3rd time was today. It did not get delivered. Now I have to wait and HOPE they deliver it tomorrow. The food is good up to 48 hours out of the fridge. Shouldn't perishables be top priority??? Hello Fresh had to reimburse me twice!I'm so angry with UPS right now. Can't even get ahold of an agent on the phone! I have to cancel my Hello Fresh subscription so I am not wasting my money or lose my sanity. Amazon is definitely better. UPS could learn a thing or 2 from them."
