"We reserved the 24/7 truck and when we were following the app to find our truck it gave us the complete opposite direction for the truck. It never gave us our key lock number or code and I had to call and wait. The whole thing took an hour when it should have been tops 10 minutes. Not happy. Also we never received a receipt when we dropped off for the total."

"If there was a way I can give them a 0 star I would. This place is always so slow. Every time we come here for propane refill, it’s always 45 mins to an hour wait. No one comes out, you have to go inside and try to get someone. While they’re all just waiting around. Even if there’s no line. Don’t waste your time coming here. I don’t know how they’re still even employed. Bad service!"
"If I could give this place a negative 5 star , I would . Everytime I come here to refill my Propane , I'm waiting 15+ minutes for service . What's the point of a bell to ring outside if I always have to go in to ask for someone to come out , on top of that the attitude they give when they see that I came inside to ask for service . Just horrible ."
