"Fed Ex is trash as a whole, but especially the Menomonee Falls hub. Packages get held up consistently, Tracking says "out for delivery" even when it is actually just sitting overnight on a truck for multiple nights in a row. My latest experience includes a package that was supposed to be delivered on a Monday, not arriving until Friday (The day I left for a weeks vacation) due to it being "put on the wrong truck". So do you think Fed ex would go out of their way to atone for their error? LOL NOPE I spent Thursday speaking to multiple customer service "agents" who were all unhelpful. One even simply put me on hold and never came back on the line. Despite tracking saying it would be delivered by end of day on Thursday, I learned that it was sitting locked up in a truck at 2pm with no plans to go out for delivery until Friday. Luckily a neighbor was able to bring it in on Friday but I did not have my item for my trip. I am to the point where I will no longer order from companies who use Fed ex."

"FedEx is abysmal. Whether the package is small or large FedEx always seems to misplace it, lose it or cause extreme delays all while never updating you on where the package is or when it’s actually going to be delivered. If you have any say whatsoever, do not use FedEx to ship your packages. I’d rather risk it with carrier pigeons as they are more reliable and at least you can see that the pigeon returned or dropped your package while FedEx deliveries disappear into the nether, only to be stuck in “pending” land forever. God speed, lost package. I hope you found a nice warehouse or delivery truck floor as your final resting place."

"Everytime I see that a package is being delivered FedEx ground I cringe, because I know that it will be delivered from this location. I can't recall ever getting a package on time from them. The tracking information states on a truck and out for delivery for days, more often than not. And on multiple occasions they say they attempted to deliver, but no door tag was left and I was home all day. I can't understand why this level of horrible service continues to happen consistently from this location. I know from reading the other reviews that I'm not alone by far with the experience I've had. One would think FedEx corporate if not the management at this location would attempt to rectify the situation. But seeing the consistency in the negative reviews shows that they just seem to not care. I always choose another carrier if at all possible."

"I am still waiting for piece of critical medical equipment that was supposed to have been delivered Saturday, Jan. 6th. I was told delivery was attempted even though we were both home all day. They rescheduled to Monday, Jan.8th. I received an email later in the afternoon saying that delivery was now Tuesday, Jan. 9th …. “Operational issues” cited as the reason. I have sent no less than 4 emails stating how critical this package was. No response from anyone! I can’t even get a live person on the phone. They are putting a life in danger!"

"I have consistently gotten packages delivered that are not mine, while my packages seem to end up somewhere else. The last time they delivered a very heavy package that did not belong to me, and then left metal ramp equipment from their truck in my front yard that I needed to remove. When I tried to call to have them pick up the extremely heavy package from my front porch and deliver it to the correct person, the customer service person seemed to be unable to help. They kept asking me for my own tracking information, but since I hadn't ordered it, I did not have this, which they didn't seem to be able to understand. I'm not sure if the person who actually ordered that package ever really got it."
