"For a what we would consider a luxury treadmill, the service has been terrible. Our regional sales rep, John Donnelly, has been terrible, we cant reach him by phone or email. We have never worked so hard to give someone $13,000. After several attempts to reach our rep and several calls to customer service, Chris was able to place the order for our treadmill. We got signed up for the financing and were charged for the treadmill. We were told it would take 3 weeks. When we called at 2 weeks to get a status update and they basically didn't have our order and called back later and told us it would be another 3 weeks. Sounds like the order was never placed in the first place. If we didn't love the product so much, we would take our money elsewhere and get another treadmill. I have nothing good to say about the service. It seems that if you aren't a large gym ordering 20 treadmills, they want nothing to do with you."
