"I ordered through the drive thru. Ordered Pick 2. Wanted to try the new Bacon avocado melt and got a green goddess salad. Waited 20 min. Watched 4 employees good around while I waited. Got home—is this really the standard amount of bacon that comes on this sandwich? Bacon crumbles?? Poor quality. For $13 I’ll go elsewhere for a mediocre meal"

"Food here is always good! Pepperoni melt and Autumn Pumpkin soup are excellent. Couple drink lids haven't been on all the way at drive-thru recently which is why Service got 4☆."

"The food was good as always, but what made today's visit special was the young lady (Dani) who took our order. Dani was exceptionally polite, respectful, and accommodating, but what we didn't expect was her attentiveness. While cleaning the dining area Dani stopped by our table to ask how our food was and if there was anything else we needed, a little bit later, while doing her duties straightening up the dining area, Dani offered to remove the dishes from our table. None of what I described would be considered exceptional in a full service restaurant, but her attention was above and beyond what is expected at Panera. Dani's pleasant demeanor was a pleasant surprise and made our dining experience enjoyable. If someone reading this has the authority to commend Dani for her exceptional service, we ask that you do."

"We love coming here but why are you always out out baguettes? We have started to come less because we cannot have any bread to dip in our soups, and that is a massive draw of coming here. It’s has been literally everytime (5 or 6 times ) in the last 2 months and no baguettes at 7pm. We love the food but a huge part of the experience is always missing. Will start going to another location soon. Bake more bread because this happens every night."

"I’ve given Panera and this particular location so many chances, but this is my last visit. I just paid $11 for a paltry bowl of lettuce. On top of that, my pick up order was 20 minutes late. A few weeks ago, I got a green goddess salad that was inedible because it had a rotten avocado. Today, I paid for extra avocado but got one bite. In addition, my salad was missing other ingredients. I’m basically just tired of spending hard earned money on sub par food."
