"I worked with Hannah to set everything up for my home move and she was great. She gave regular updates through email and voicemail. The day of the move I worked with Marcus, Dane and Jerrod and they were all awesome! They worked extremely hard and made sure all my stuff was taken care of. "Hannah, the coordinator, was fantastic with helping me coordinate the move. I threw a couple curve balls at her and she was always kind, gracious and accommodating. The explanation of charges, how to prepare for the move and what to expect on moving day were very clearly communicated to me. There is total transparency in Badger Brothers pricing. I also got a moving quote from another company that was slightly cheaper and Hannah agreed to match that price right away. In the days/weeks leading up to the move, I got regular and clear communication from Hannah, making the lead up to the move very easy. Then, on moving day, Jared and Cameron called when they were on the way, giving me a heads up with an eta and came within the quoted arrival time. They were friendly, polite and professional. They carefully wrapped all of my furniture in blankets and shrink wrap and took extra care moving everything. Not one item was damaged, which made me very happy. They were careful to not make a mess from the snow and offered to take their shoes off every time they came in the house. I can’t imagine the difficulty of moving after such a crazy snow storm and dealing with the cold and the elements, and they were positive and smiling the whole time. I was so grateful for their professionalism and the care they took with my belongings. They also made sure to ask where every single item was supposed to go, and when they left, my house looked exactly the way I envisioned it. Overall, Badger Brothers provided excellent customer service and a great moving experience. I would never use anyone else in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and responsible moving company."

"Hannah was really helpful booking the appt and even helped make a great recommendation to add another person to the move when I followed up as we uncovered more and more items we were going to be moving. Marcus, Dane, Jared, Andrew, and Christian were great. Marcus called ahead to confirm they were on the way and the whole crew was pleasant, polite, careful with our things, and very efficient. They asked questions when needed and kept moving and working hard the entire time. It was pretty amazing how quickly our entire home was packed up and moved. The crew and the whole experience was excellent. While I don't plan to move again any time soon, if I do, I'll call Badger Brothers. And if anyone asks, I'll recommend you in a heartbeat."
