"I found Smokin' Blue BBQ by looking at Google Maps. I ordered 3 racks of ribs vacuum packed to warm a few days later. They warmed excellent in the oven covered for 45 minutes. The next day they re-warmed again in the microwave and were still great! Excellent BBQ sauce served. Will definitely try another item!"

"We had Smokin’ Blue BBQ cater my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary in Twin Lakes, WI. I’ve only had brisket this good once before in my life. Smokin’ Blue BBQ’s brisket is the melt in your mouth kind of brisket - so flavorful and good. Some of the best out there. Our guests also enjoyed the pulled chicken and Mac and cheese. The lead up to catering was great. We arranged everything from out of state and Emmet was responsive to all our questions. Food, utensils, chafing dishes, showed up on time for the event. Highly recommended!"

"Great food! I was looking for a BBQ place in the Burlington area, and came across Smokin’ Blue BBQ, and thought I’d give them a try. Glad I did! We had their brisket and pulled pork, both of which were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing, especially with their special sauce that comes on the side that you can put on! Their sides are amazing as well! If you can only choose one, I highly recommend their baked beans!! So good! But their macaroni and cheese and cornbread is also delicious! I put in two orders with Smokin’ Blue BBQ recently: one for myself for Father’s Day, and another the next week for a meal for a family that was going through some hardships (meal train type of thing). Emmett (the owner) was VERY responsive/had great communication, and made the whole ordering and pick-up process a breeze! Very friendly too! The family we got the second order for absolutely loved the food as well! Wanted to know all about where we got it from, etc. Highly recommend this place! Thanks for taking great care of us!"
