"Purchased some 'just because' flowers today from this local shop, and I requested they be delivered before 2 PM, if at all possible. They arrived even sooner, which was great! Unfortunately, my recipient had an appointment today, and I spoke to the driver through our Ring Doorbell, letting him know no one was home. I apologized that no one was there, and he offered to come back later if I got in contact with her, which I did, and thankfully she got home just in time when he came back. I hope people understand the logistics of this business can be very trying at times, and sometimes its our fault as the customer, and they're doing the best they can with the information they have. I really appreciate the good service even though it was me that messed up, and such a pleasant delivery person. The flowers look beautiful, and we will certainly be going back to Black's."
