"When I first moved to hartford 2 years ago this place was great. Now in the last few months they have gone downhill. Just ordered door dash and specifically put in what I wanted in the coffee's and they are not at all anywhere near what they are suppose to be. No cream, no sugar, and no flavor. Just plain iced coffee. This has happened nearly every time I've gone there in the past couple of months. I'm tired of it. I dont think it's that hard to put in what's asked."

"No breakfast menu to look at, all tables were dirty and had to ask them to be cleaned, forgot my drink and had to ask for it. Not even busy"

"Waited in store 13 minutes before I gave up and walked out. Staff did not acknowledge I was there, or the guy behind me either. Meanwhile they kept working the drive through even sfsrring out the window when no one was there. Worst ever!"

"This just happened earlier this morning. Manager / owner don’t know how to run a business. Placed a mobile order at 6:30am and arrived at 6:40. Order was for 2 coffees, several other people were waiting a long time for their order. There were 2 new people working that didn’t know what the hell they were doing. At one point one of them said out loud “I don’t know how to make a macchiato. I got one of my coffees about 10 min after arriving and after 45 min of waiting they told me they didn’t know how to make the other coffee. This is in part a failure of the owner and manager to best prepare their store but also the 2 working need some general customer service training."

"After my last couple of visits I will not be returning. I’ve had my order prepared incorrectly and when asked to fix I’ve been met with attitude. I’ve brought my kids in and I’ve been ignored at the counter or music is playing loudly with cursing. 1 too many bad experiences. Hopefully others have a better one."
