"Hilary is a wonderful pediatrician and very kind and engaging with my children. My concern with our recent visit was how her nurse/MA (not sure credentials) preferred to pin down my son during his vaccinations. Instead of having him sit in a chair in my lap while I held him, she preferred to have his arms and legs pinned down on the exam table. This was completely unnecessary as he had recently received a flu shot and did just fine sitting in my lap."
