"I had a horrifying experience with Dr.Darwich. I took my daughter in for an urgent visit because her eye was in so much pain that she couldn't open it for 5 days. When we saw Dr.Darwich he misdiagnosed her with pink eye when it was clearly something more serious. He did a quick test for a corneal abrasion, which he very aggressivley and painfully did on my daughter while she screamed and cried for help, and then condescendingly told me to apply prescribed eye drops with cotton balls that I use for my makeup. (I later used the prescribed eye drops and it caused my daughter's eye to bleed.) I mentioned that she wasn't itching her eye and yet he still said it was pink eye. I refused his diagnoses and asked to be referred to an ophthalmologist, so he gave us a referral. When I called the referred ophthalmologist they said they could not help us based on what Dr.Darwich had written in his notes, saying there was not a concern. I called another opthalmologist in town and they saw us within 20 minutes and correctly diagnosed my daughter. Turns out she had a very large scratch on her eye. How am I supposed to trust ThedaCare with my children after this? What this Doctor did hurt my child and then he misdiagnosed her and still charged us over $250."

"We came in on Sunday morning due to my 2 year old being sick. We were seen quickly and the waiting room was very clean. Our appointment was quick and easy. We typically see Dr Szmanda but since our appointment was short notice, we saw Dr Branstetter who was very helpful. Our nurses are always wonderful and the fish in the waiting room are always a big hit for my 2 yr old."

"Very dirty, waiting rooms should be cleaned more often and more thoroughly. Bringing a baby here for a checkup and think it will put your child at risk of becoming sick just from a checkin."

"Worst people ever here. Nobody listens to you about when your sick or if you have something wrong. Espically Dr hunt. And most of the nurses. Do not take your children here."

"Such a wonderful office. Our son's pediatrician, Dr. Barton, is outstanding. All the staff are kind and helpful. As a first-time parent, I really appreciate how easy it is to get advice from the nurses by phone when I'm not sure whether an issue merits bringing my son in for an appointment. A number of times, they have so kindly talked me down from my worry and empowered me with info on what to expect and watch out for with an illness or injury."
