"I was looking for a place to stay near Fort Hood and a place with an indoor pool for my kids and well all I can do is warn others. I am not one to complain trult I am not but ya'll this place is TERRIBLE. The "indoor pool" do not expect it to be heated, it was colder than the water outside. The night manager was quite rude. Me and my family stayed one night the night we drove in from out of state that night we ordered through DOORDASH which also was a joke 3 hrs later no food then tried to refund by a gift card I think NOT! So dont do it! Just saying. Also the next day we spent the morning at Inner Space Caverns which was the best thing about past 2 days on this trip so far I reccomend! We get back to Quality Suite to bathe and what do we find but NO HOT WATER! Really! A hotel no HOT WATER! Well tried to get a refund the nigh manager said we have to wait till next morning bc the Gen.Manager refused to come back to hotel that evening to get my money out their safe. So I have to go back the next morning to get my refund. Luckily we went to Sleep Inn in Killeen MUCH CLEANER AND NICE JS!"
