However, after obtaining my license and contacting the insurance company, I was informed that my rates wouldn't change because I had already signed the agreement. It's disheartening that false information was provided to me by an employee, leading to a frustrating situation. What's even more disappointing is that when I tried to address this issue with Brisa, the owner, she claimed there was nothing she could do to change things, which shows a lack of accountability. Additionally, I must warn potential customers that they sell subpar insurance here. I had previously signed on to Kemper Infinity through this agency, and it turned out to be the worst decision I could have made. Despite having full coverage, I was involved in an accident, and the insurance didn't provide the support I needed. It's evident that they offer low-quality insurance options. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for insurance services."
