"I have been seeing Dr Koch for about 20 years. Over the last couple years I have found she is less responsive, and frankly does not seem to much care about me. I only need to typically see her 1 time a yr. My husband, who sees her at least 3x's a year -- she responds to right away.. I have been waiting 2 days for her to email a script over to pharmacy- after four phone calls and physically going into office yesterday- the refill has yet to be sent. "I literally cannot say enough great things about Dr. Koch. I was referred to her when I got pregnant with my first and I’m so thankful for her! To date she has delivered two of my babies with our third due in a few months. She remains my and my children’s primary doctor. We have since moved further away yet we still drive all the way back to see her and have no plans on ever switching doctors. She is professional, well educated, personable, a great listener; she takes the time to recommend different things but isn’t overly pushy of things you might not be comfortable with like some other doctors I’ve seen. She is very prompt at getting back to us about issues that arise between appointments. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and loves her job. She has helped me successfully deliver two babies naturally in the hospital with no epidural and she helped me labor the way I wanted to, while gently coaching me and making suggestions to make the process easier.
