"Serious 5-star beach. One of the prettiest sunsets. Built a pyramid out of logs."
"My partner and I spent 3 relaxing days at the KOA right next to Manchester Beach. Theres about 5 miles of beach to walk and tons of driftwood on the beach. Beautiful location. The weather was perfect. Truly a hidden gem."
"Loved how friendly and welcoming the camp hosts were when I interacted with them. The grounds were quiet and well kept. Easy to read the map and find hiking trails. Super experience!"
"Fun place to go. First come first serve camping so that can be hit or miss. Plenty of fresh water, Clean pit toilets. Firewood available. Campsites are clean and large. Only drawback is no dog's on beach due to Snowy Plover"
"This first-come campground is a great place to set up camp on a trip exploring the California coast. It is well maintained and spacious. A short walk gets you to the beach and you will probably see a variety of wildlife. $35 a night was a little surprise considering Castle Crags has showers and was only $25 but I suppose location is everything there."
