"Used to do my taxes. They made a mistake on my taxes, then wouldn't stand behind me to the IRS. They sent me payment coupons that they claimed were for optional payments. I was later contacted by the IRS for missing the payments that they had negotiated (which summed up to the IRS-calculated shortfall plus penalties and interest... What kind of negotiation is that?), which the IRS considered not optional. Good luck calling them and talking to someone. They take a message and call you back. Tough for me, because I can't have my phone at work. Not recommended. Avoid."
