"Facilities are great, enough space for everyone. I only have experience in the volleyball leagues and member play. Volleyball league refs are not consistent. One week we have a great ref; making great calls, very communicative with the teams, scoring right and informing us how much time we have. Another week, a ref not being communicative. At the end of the day it is rec volleyball but we are paying a lot of money compared to other leagues in the madison area and there needs to be better consistency."

"Money I didn’t have to waste. We drove 50 miles to go to the NYE celebration. It cost me $100 just to get in. Other then some over crowded bounce houses and a couple packed short shows there was nothing to do. At $10 a person maybe but this event was not worth $20 a person. I literally sat in line for 2 hours for a balloon animal. Finally got to our turn and my daughter asked for a dog and he said “you don’t want a dog you want insert whatever” did my 4 year old get over it sure but still 2 hrs give her the dang dog. ZERO staff doing anything. There where parents trashed sitting at the bar well their kids ran ramped. My 2 year old could do NOTHING because older kids where running around shoving each other just acting unruly. I brought my older kids as well and I understand that this event was boring but still. If there had been staff at the bounce houses or at the play equipment or really just anywhere our experience may have been very different. Seriously zero supervision. I went to this same event for nye 2018 at the terrace and it was a blast. Night and day difference. Save your money it’s not worth it."

"Awesome facility but disorganized staff... Part of the fee for playing in the leagues I believe goes towards paying for tshirts for the winning teams - I was on two separate teams that won the league, and neither team got shirts. I noticed other leagues were getting their shirts a month or so later, so I followed up and asked about it, but every employee had a different reason as to why they weren't there. The funniest was "it was getting too competitive" lol... obvi it's just a shirt but disappointing nonetheless and the staff didn't know how to handle people asking about it."
