"Just a bad place. The lanes have hair on them, there aren't many lightweight balls, and the electronic system is trash. Heck, the screen on lane 2 was misaligned so we couldn't see almost half the screen. When I asked the person at the counter if we could switch lanes because of this problem, she said "What do you need the screen for?" in an unpleasant tone. Overall, this place is only good for groups like birthdays and the pub (like anything I. Wisconsin.)"

"Went for the first time today and the two younger people at the register were super rude. They acted like they hated their jobs and treated customers poorly. Unfortunately we won’t be back due to terrible customer service. :("

"Came in to bowl with our family of 4 on a Saturday night. Which seems like a reasonable expectation at a bowling alley. The woman working behind the counter seemed immediately annoyed when we asked for a lane stating it would be an hour wait. Understandable of course. We decided we would get some food and wait. She said she would come get us when it was ready. Many lanes opened up, but were just waiting patiently. She didn’t come get us. So we eventually went up to the desk and someone else helped us. Was going to look past that whole ordeal, and just move on because the waitress who had helped us and the next person who got us our lane were very pleasant. However, we finished our game and we’re ready to go. We waited at least 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us trying to pay for our game. I totally understand short staffing and know Saturday night is a busy time, but it took that long for someone to even tell us they would be right with us. Every other staff member just continued to walk by us standing at the desk and avoid making eye contact. I would have totally understand if someone just acknowledged us and said that they were busy and they would be with us when we could. It just doesn’t seem like it should take that long for someone to acknowledge you standing there."

"Can't believe all of the good reviews. Can't believe the poor service and bad bartenders. Left and went to Paul's. Great decision. Full bar there. Empty bar with the crew at Sport Bowl."

"If you go in with appropriate expectations you’ll be set! Very rural/up north small town feel. Good beer selection of local places. Staff is efficient and helpful. Food was your average bar food. Found the onion rings a bit under fried, and walleye sandwich slightly in the bland side. The crisped bread it was served on had more flavor. Myope spot to go bowl."
