Their trainers can get you to your goals because they have so much varying experience, from power lifting, to elite high school and college sports, to Ironman finishers, to golf pros…. "I cannot say enough positive about these two trainers- they know their stuff, are careful to avoid injury, and encourage the client. I decided my exercise routine of walking regularly was not enough, and sought fitness training from Pilates or Yoga or exercise class. I landed at Pure Fitness in a class of women, all 5 to 15 years younger than I. Chellie is excellent at keeping it interesting, good for the body, and positive psychologically. Even this old, out of shape lady feels good leaving the class."
