"Overnighted a very important package for my business. All past orders have been left by my door in the hall way. This one they did not leave and would not let me pick up at a delivery center and did not try to get me the package re-delivered. I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated."

"Customer service there is best described as fingernails on a chalkboard, they only have a clerk for an hour (5pm - 6pm) I understand low staff but really, one hour is kinda sad, lost my business as a small business. I will be going to FedEx cause at least they are open longer."
