"Awful. Second time I’ve ordered from them. I’ve NEVER given a place lower than 3 stars before but this place literally took the cake. The food had literally gone bad, completely rotten. I said I’d bring it back and ask them just to take a smell and see if they would serve it to their family. The offered me 20% off my next order?!?! I said “absolutely not! You served me rotten food I want a refund” I fought and dealt with them for over 30 minutes before the finally agreed to give me a 50% refund and I have to come in to get it!!!! Absolutely trash don’t order from this location. There is one in grimsby and one in Hamilton do not waste your time here!!! Edit to this post: Love how the manager/owner has not responded to ANY of the multiple 1 star reviews. Head office should probably take a look at this."

"Came for lunch buffet at 12:15. There were no clean tables. There were no plates at the buffet. No salads made for buffet. Only 1/2 of a pizza on the buffet and cinnamon sticks were on the buffet. Pasta containers were empty. Very disorganized."

"I've always had great service and deliveries. People are always polite and courteous. The very few times I've had issues or delayed service it has been remedied without any request to do so. They've typically been minor things like delayed delivery for less than 10 minutes due to traffic, trains, or dinner rush. Once a driver forgot my sodas, and they ran to KT to replace what was forgotten. They definitely didn't need to and I was greatly appreciative."

"I kind of enjoyed my experience this time.i odered online and i called the store to double check that my order went in Ordered triple treat box. No waiting and we enjoyed the pizza, garlic bread sticks, cookies and the wings. Really enjoyed our meat lovers and veggie lovers CYOP. Location is very accessible near the highway, QEW going Niagara Falls. I will definitely go back and do the online order."

"Rating 4 because they seem to be improving under new management. In the past I've had a few orders incorrectly made. Their customer service seems to be a bit disorganized with miscommunication as well. Once I was able to speak with the new local manager, they seemed to genuinely care enough to make things right. Having said that, the past few orders were fast, fresh, and made correctly."
