"Had and excellent experience setting up a storage unit this morning. The young man on duty took care of everything very well. Later he called me to return a $100 bill I fumbled! Obviously, that made my day."

"I was charged for extra rental periods twice on trucks that I returned on time. I brought the keys to the worker at the front desk and asked what else I needed to do to properly return the vehicle. Both times I was told by their employees that I did not need to do anything else for my return, so I left the keys with them. Then they logged it as a late return and billed me for a second full rental period including mileage and dollies, even though the truck was sitting on the lot. They also charged me for gas after I filled the tank to the level it was when I took the truck. Overall, between the two rentals I have been charged $173 over what I fairly owed. I would have been happy to complete any necessary process for returning the vehicles, if those had been made clear to me. However, I was told upon giving the keys back to their employee that I was good to go. There was no mention of any other return process. I called to find a resolution and have been told to wait 3 business days for a manager to reach out to me. If they are wiling to make this right, I am happy to give a better rating, but as it stands, I should not have been charged extra rental periods in the first place. I am very unhappy with the service I received from this UHaul location. Go elsewhere if you can."

"Horrible place to do business with. I had a storage here for over a yr, moved out just March 1st. The attendant Austin is a liar, helped me do the online van rental check somehow the wrong button was pushed stating the van was empty it wsnt per the pic I took for them they charged me $60 for it. Austin denied watching me complete the survey. The gm Amber is very condescending wsnt helpful at all. Called corporate Mandy Hernandez was helpful and met me halfway and refunded me some of the $60 back. Better some than none. Those 2 at the store Amber and her minion Austin shady characters beware of those 2."

"The reviews didn't look good but I only came in for packing supplies. Somehow, even that was made a challenge by this store. I arrived shortly after it was scheduled to open and luckily an employee was outside on a smoke break and let me know "the manager didn't show up.... again." This employee had more of a construction/back of house role & wasn't trained in handing any of the scheduled pick ups/drop offs. Seeing as most moves happen on a tight schedule this is a huge problem. Lucky for me, I only came for packing supplies. The worker went above & beyond to try and help me. He called someone who walked him step by step through processing my sale and a half an hour later I was on my way. Wonderful employee but the people running this place really need to step up."
