"We rented a U-Haul in MN for a move to WI. The process was a nightmare. We ended up with two reservations which made things even worse. We were told we had to travel further to get the truck and had to return it a city away even though there was a return center three blocks from our final destination. Then we had problems getting a storage unit which came with our truck rental. I spent hours on the phone getting the runaround from corporate. Finally an employee at this location stepped up and made arrangements for us. Some were extremely frustrated with the corporate office bit appreciated the help and service of the employees at this location. Thank you, Holly! Still with all the time and frustration, we will go with Penske next time."

"Just seems less secure than it’s made out to be. Anyone on the street can come in and use the garage for whatever they see fit. There was a transient of sorts cleaning out his van and smoking in the garage tonight on my first trip here. Second trip he was gone but as I was leaving he was pulling back into the driveway. Cigarette butts and trash all over the garage floor. The elevator smelled heavily of weed. The bathroom had a sloppily written sign saying it was out of order. Literally anyone off the street can come right up to your locker door even on the inside units. Sure maybe it sets off some sort of interior perimeter alarm but still this seems like a bad setup."
