"Well. They started a fire in our kitchen (of the home we had just bought). Our original hardwood floors were damaged. Initially they promised to make things right. A couple of months passed without resolution; they stopped responding completely to my texts, phone calls, and emails. We did our best to try and work with them, even agreeing to allow the owner to try and repair the floors himself. However, once they completely ceased communication, it became apparent that they had no intentions of resolving the issue fairly, in a timely manner, or at all."

"I needed to move out of my 1 bedroom apartment in Eau Claire, WI and deliver half the items to a location 112 miles away then move the remaining items to another state 200 more miles away. They scheduled the move to take place just 2 days later, arrived exactly when they said they would, handled all my furniture and boxes with the greatest care, and got the whole job done ahead of my expected schedule! Their rates are extremely reasonable and the move team was so personable. They took on the stress for me and handled everything like true professionals. "DAMAGED FURNITURE and MISSING ITEMS! My experience with NO WHOOPS MOVING was an UNSATISFACTORY experience. They packed my items in Eau Claire and moved them to my new home. This is the first time I have EVER had an experience that would prompt a review like this LOST ITEMS: 1. MIRROR MOUNTS: During this move they lost mounting brackets for a dresser - which later they said the dresser was not mounted so they were not responsible for the lost of the mounting brackets. One of their own employees told Paul that he remembered the mirrors being mounted. Paul responded to me questioning the loss as if I had done with walk through and there was nothing left in my previous home and they were not delivered at my new home....they must not have ever existed. When I simply asked him to replace the mounts, he did not respond to any future emails to get this resolved. As soon as they got paid, they ignore their responsibility to you. 2. MOVING BLANKETS: During this same move....I had roughly 30 moving blankets that I said the movers could use since they ran out of supplies during the move. Paul stated that it would be great for them to use mine since they would have to go back to their storage unit and get theirs and this would take time....I thought okay...go a head and use mine since I packed myself during my last move and had the supplies available. They took 2/3 of MY BLANKETS with them after they finished this move and when questioned about it said that I needed to show proof of ownership of my own blankets with receipts and then they would consider the replacement if I could show proof the blankets were mine. DAMAGED ITEMS: I have photos that indicate damage that was done to new dressers and a wine cabinet. I asked them about the repair and they told me that I should go and get a wood marker from the hardware store. They would send me a check to reimburse me for the cost of the marker after they received and reviewed the receipt....REALLY? So....did this job get complete? Well, YES it did. But PAUL had very little concern about making certain that ALL of my items were delivered to me UNDAMAGED. I would suggest in the future taking photos of all of you house hold goods and doing a complete DETAILED INVENTORY of items. This will insure that you have PROOF that your furniture was not damaged prior to dealing with NO WHOOPS MOVING. I have complete email conversations threads with PAUL and NO WHOOPS and I would be happy to provide them to anyone who is interested in their customer service policy and responses to being questioned about damaged they caused as well as loss. This is the first time I have ever written a negative review of a business. I think I like most individuals will usually just leave silently. Because of the level of dissatisfaction I felt like I needed to post this to caution people in the future."
