I also waited over 2 months for any follow up and ultimately had to go to another firm to get answers so I could be confident accepting a job with a new employer before they pulled the offer. I understand my issues and business may not have been as big as some of your other clients but scheduling follow up for any legal advice should not take over 2 months. To charge for a service that was not really received is just not right. I would not recommend this firm."
