"I needed to deliver a family heirloom to my son. Priceless to the family. I was nervous that something would happen to this portrait. Brent took such amazing personal care of this item it was amazing. He double wrapped with bubble protection and took exceptional care to find the right box. He, himself took ‘ownership’ of this family portrait and the results were…phenomenal! My son was so surprised and he himself, a 23 yr retired Veteran scored the packaging and wrapping as ‘excellent’. "Had a poor experience with them last week. My partner and I went in to drop off a package for him and for me to get a form notarized. I called ahead and asked if they had a notary on staff and what times the notary would be available and was told 10am-5pm. We came in around 1pm. It was busy, as to be expected during holiday season but they were moving fairly fast, which was a positive. I used to work at a UPS Store and was a notary myself, so I know how busy and chaotic it can get during holiday season. My notary form would have taken no more than 5 minutes, but when we got up to the front of the line, the woman with hair cropped short was incredibly rude and told us we would have to wait 45 minutes to get anything notarized because it was so busy. When I worked at a UPS store, it did not matter what the Customer came in with, we attended to that customer. I was shocked at the rudeness and dismissiveness of the woman and we decided we would rather leave and find a notary elsewhere. I would encourage working on customer service and being on the same page when it comes to notary services and customer needs."

"Awesome service! Brad was very helpful getting my Amazon packages returned even though I chose the wrong return location! Service was FAST as well! In and out in under 5 minutes."

"Cannot call up store at local UPS to get employees. They have this menu bot that wont get through. And if it does you wont get anybody locally. Also, when I complained about it, a UPS guy hanged up the phone. You never hang up a phone with a angry customer. Also, they try to charge you with packaging tape. The owner said oh you have to bring in the money next time you come around. A good business does not do that. They don't make a big deal about packaging tape. But I went in there to do as he told me to do, another employee was like oh give me a break you don't have to pay for that! Also the guy is making excuses for it when he replies to a review. Best thing to do is just use UPS drop points and do it yourself and avoid the gas. They also are not friendly to people that are not exactly smart phone savvy. Customer service seems all about policies now and bad customer service. They need that CODE! My Response to his reply: Update: Yes, of course everyone charges for their service. As a small business owner myself (in my experience), you don't make a big deal about the small stuff. Regarding maybe 50 to 70 cents worth of packaging tape on a box. If it's a big deal about saving that amount. Then maybe it's a problem with the business. Why are you mentioning your bills, it's unprofessional? Then my counter point is, it's much easier and cheaper to do it yourself. A laser printer, Packaging tape that will probably last for lots of boxes. That's it (You save on gas). Now I understand if people tried to do that in bulk and rip you off on the tape. You don't charge for the code do you? These are just returns?"
