If you have received a QR code from an online store, you can bring it to Walgreens and a team member will print your label and take your return. There are no additional fees for picking up or dropping off packages at this location, and acceptable packages must be securely sealed and properly labeled with a FedEx Express or FedEx Ground shipping label.
Returns can also be made at this location, as long as the online shopping return has a pre-printed FedEx label. If you do not have a label, you can request one from participating online stores and bring the email with the QR code to the Walgreens location for printing. Packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility.
This location accepts most FedEx Express and FedEx Ground packages, including international packages with a U.S. originated address. All packages must include a completed printed label using a FedEx account number or credit card payment. Customers should ensure that their packages are boxed, sealed, and labeled before arriving at the Walgreens location. Shipping and packing materials are not provided at this location, but customers can visit a nearby FedEx Office location for assistance with packing supplies.

"They delivered my package to the wrong address and the wrong person signed for my package. The driver did not check to make sure he had the right address for the delivery and now my $225 package that I wanted for the 4th of July celebration there's nowhere to be found. You called to try and figure out what happened and I believe you get a hold of customer service in India that speaks very poor English and is really of no help. In the future I will not choose FedEx to deliver a package for me I would recommend UPS or the United States postal service for shipping."

"One of the worst carriers I've dealt with. Numerous times never showed up on the scheduled date from their own site. Tracking not updated as well as USPS or UPS. Unfortunately I'm a buyer and not a seller, but if I was a seller I would not use them."
"Either FedEx is dishonest or incompetent. I ordered a product from the Washington state area last Thursday and was promised delivery by today (according to the FedEx app and website they were showing delivery of 9/19 by end of day all week) and then pow middle of the day today (9/19) delivery was rescheduled for tomorrow. App says one thing, customer service agent says another and manager says something all together different. Interestingly enough this package required a signature and my wife who works from home was here waiting for it to arrive, but this FedEx driver has been know to not knock and assume there is no one here because our vehicles are never in the driveway. We have called and complained on several occasions about this, but no seems to want to listen or care, so I guess it’s other delivery services from here on. FedEx deserves 0 stars for this one."
