"Attorney Arieff was appointed as a Guardian Ad Litem in a custody case I am currently involved in (March 2022). Despite my own counsels efforts and my own he only made time to video meet literally 30 minutes before the hearing. His 5 star ratings come from other lawyers, and he did not perform well in his appointed role ( I will spare you the details ). My point is this, he may be a good person in any other respect, but as a lawyer he is simply incompetent."
"The lawyer Phillip is exceptionally rude and unprofessional. Talked with him about a traffic citation and didn’t go with his services due to his horrible attitude. To me it seems he doesn’t like dealing with minorities and has a short temper when talking with one for over three minutes. He seems to want to offer a quick resolution instead of actually investigating and fighting for the best results for his client. Please steer clear of this guy."
"Lawyers and attorneys are NOT licensed to practice law the nature of lawyer- craft in America as per the United States Supreme Court; The practice of Law CANNOT be licensed by any state/State. (Schware v. Board of Examiners, 353 U.S. 238, 239). 2.The State Bar is; an unconstitutional Monopoly. AN ILLEGAL Et CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE; Violates Article 2, Section 1, Separation of Powers clause of the Constitution. There is NO POWER OR AUTHORITY for joining of Legislative, Judicial, or Executive within a state as the BAR is attempting. 3. Wonder why attorneys are not smart! Under INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: ALL LAWYERS, whether they left law school yesterday or 50 years ago, are EXACTLY THE SAME. All lawyers must file the same motions and follow the same procedures in using the same unconstitutional "lawyer system". 4. The "STATE BAR" card is not a licenses, it is a "UNION DUES CARD". The "BAR" is a "PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION"; 1. like the Actors' Union, Painters' Union, etc. 2. No other association, EVEN DOCTORS, issue their own license. All are issued by the State. 3. The State Bar is a NON-GOVERNMENTAL PRIVATE ASSOCIATION - and dues must be current to sustain membership."
"This attorney had no-shows to appointments that were made according to his schedule, on numerous occasions was non-responsive, he did not keep his word as it relates to payment arrangements after agreeing to lower the bill because of all the issues I experienced, he turned a bad situation into a nightmare by offering my ex a substantial amount of money for 10 years WITHOUT MY CONSENT because he felt I could afford it then billed me for disputing/discussing it. He was often disorganized and reactive instead of proactive. If you are considering his representation for a divorce spend the extra funds for Karp or a more experienced attorney. It'll be worth it and probably save you in the long run. You get what you pay for."
"This attorney is obnoxiously rude and disorganized. I had a very horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy. I hate to pull the race card but if your an African American this encounter can be triggering. Think twice before hiring him on your case. You will thank me later."
