"Attorney Arieff was appointed as a Guardian Ad Litem in a custody case I am currently involved in (March 2022). My point is this, he may be a good person in any other respect, but as a lawyer he is simply incompetent."

The "BAR" is a "PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION"; 1. like the Actors' Union, Painters' Union, etc. 2. No other association, EVEN DOCTORS, issue their own license. All are issued by the State. 3. The State Bar is a NON-GOVERNMENTAL PRIVATE ASSOCIATION - and dues must be current to sustain membership."

"This attorney had no-shows to appointments that were made according to his schedule, on numerous occasions was non-responsive, he did not keep his word as it relates to payment arrangements after agreeing to lower the bill because of all the issues I experienced, he turned a bad situation into a nightmare by offering my ex a substantial amount of money for 10 years WITHOUT MY CONSENT because he felt I could afford it then billed me for disputing/discussing it. He was often disorganized and reactive instead of proactive. If you are considering his representation for a divorce spend the extra funds for Karp or a more experienced attorney. It'll be worth it and probably save you in the long run. You get what you pay for."
