"We had a shipment picked up in Valparaiso, delivered to Green Bay. It was quoted as a one day shipment. Instead of arriving the next day, I received a call from dispatch stating they would be in the area the following day between 10am-noon. I said that would be fine. So we were given a 2 day delivery instead of one day. I get it, that happens. It wasn't a guaranteed shipment. They showed up the next day at 11:30am as expected. However, after the shipment was delivered they rebilled $60 claiming I "requested an appointment" when all I did was agree to be here to accommodate them based on their route. Then also billed almost $23 to reweigh the pallet, claiming it was 43lbs heavier that it actually is, but we have certification of the real weight. We are now disputing these issues. This is a carrier that will not honor their rates and tries to scam extra money from customers. Check out the rest of the 1 star reviews to see more of what they are about."

"Absolutely the worst LTL company. Hasn't been into our company for pick up in 6 days as freight keeps piling up. Came in an hour before our open hours because they said a driver would be here to pick it all up. If you want damaged freight this is the company to use. Instructions not to stack on your freight doesn't matter, they will do it any way."

"Driverin truck number 200270 in a construction zone on I-294. Wanted to pass doing roughly 60 mph in a 45 speed zone. Swerving in my lane. I had to swerve to avoid him. Almost creating an accident. Not to mention, he of course was in the far left lane while passing. Which is where semi trucks are not suppose to be. So I think your driver needs to redo his driver training. The was worth$250k.. Brand new semi tractor worth $150k and a trailer worth $40k. Need to do the math on what the stupidity is worth. Happy Days"

"Had freight leave in crates (have pics) and arive on pallets absolutely destroyed ( have pics) was told that the driver separated the freight to save us money. Obviously a lie. Went round and round with their customer no service and just gave up. To anyone needing to send freight....thereare many options so choose wisely."
