"this taxi service is a joke and unprofessional! They called the hotel I work for and asked if they could be connected with a guest to see if they could be picked up earlier but due to policy put in place for safety for our guests I can NEVER give out ANY information on a guest. I'm not even allowed to confirm or deny if a guest is in house with us. Call ended with them not happy and when the time came around for them to be picking up the guest at their SCHEDUALED time they didn't show. I called them an asked if they really did not show up @ 4:45am due to me not being able to give them the guest info or connecting them to the guest earlier and they lied and said and I quote "We where there and came in the lobby." You know how I know they were lying? Because #1 the lobby doors are locked from 11pm to 6am AND the guest was waiting outside the entire time. and #2 we have cameras that say otherwise. UPDATE AS IM TYPING THIS... @5:10AM they called asking if the guest was still here at which point I let them know I already paid for a lyft for the guest so no they were not to which the lady (trying to explain to me again why they didn't show up said here is the problem.. we thought the guest was at Fairfield inn...… um, but didn't you call this hotel earlier inquiring if the guest can be picked up earlier????? if you thought they where at the Fairfield inn wouldn't you have called Fairfield Inn earlier?????? ya nice try!!!!! bottom line I hope no hotels choose this taxi service because you never know if they will decide to just not show up. I work at 2 hotels in the area and I definitely will NEVER recommend them to ANYONE and I will make sure to spread the word of how they treated a guest and let their emotions affect their customer satisfaction. SHAME ON YOU! YOUR MOTHER WOULD BE DISSAPOINTED IN YOUR ACTIONS."

"Flew into the airport and did not realize there was no cab services. Called Fox Valley as they were listed on the Appleton Airport website. I called and they told me they could take me to the Holiday Inn. Everything was great until...they told me FLAT FEE $24. Glad you told me after the fact. You can map the distance...3.3 miles. Yes, $24 for 3.3 miles. It is actually cheaper in Chicago. I have taken cabs all my life. This experience has now finally got me to install the Uber app. If you are in Appleton, just use Uber."

"Never used but person was driving so close to me. I changed lanes and they sped off. You'd think they'd travel more safely especially with their logo on their car."
