The leaders of each class pay careful attention to detail on how to do things the right way, always coaching with great enthusiasm and encouragement. Along with that is the great feeling of community with other members. Everyone in encouraging and in it together. highly recommend this place."
"Dropped in at CrossFit La Crosse when I was in town for work. It was an easy process, they were very responsive and even provided reminders for the class I signed up for. The owner Kevin was very welcoming and coach Nick along with the rest of the 5 AM crew made me feel right at home. They do an amazing job with the space they have, very nice and clean facility. Looking forward to dropping in again when I'm in the area."
