"Around 3pm today I was shown the way to the unit I needed to get to, on the 5th floor and helped with the phone, by a lovely young man who was clearly going on his lunch break. He took the time to help me out which was much appreciated and worth mentioning. Thanks for your classy and distinguished employees! This person was patient and kind and that's rare these days!"

"Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Endless forwarding to recordings and the few real people who I talked to couldnt give me a single helpful answer. You are better off banging your head against a wall then calling these incompetent morons. If I could give negative stars I would. Save yourself the pain."

"Edited for update: After Gundersen commented on this review to reach out again for support, I was just met with the same uncaring and unbothered staff. After trying and failing for months to work out a solution that works for the both of us, they sent me to collections without warning. This has officially made me lose my trust in them as a healthcare provider. Money is the only sight they see. Catching you by surprise with charges is absolutely their game, must be their best way to make a dollar. New patients beware: they WILL charge you extra for being a new patient and there will be no heads up from any staff about this charge and they absolutely will not take it off your bill. Complete lack of sympathy from customer service about this, I’ve gone ahead and cancelled my incoming visits because this is genuinely so unethical. Their only remedy is to offer a $25 monthly payment which I still cannot afford as I’m in college. Choose Mayo if you need to see a doctor."

"Would give it zero stars if I could I have been in serious pain for 2 months now. I waited 1 month before finally getting an actual appointment for a gastroenterologist appointment and they are making me wait another month and a half before I can get my next appointment. Doctors are just a bunch of greedy money stealing freaks. Who want you to only come in to take ur money. Not to help you"

"Online wait time for urgent care is exceptionally inaccurate. Said that it was a 15 minute wait in this location and 2 hours at Onalaska. My friend was in and out of Onalaska before I even got into triage and when I asked they said there were 16 people ahead of me just to get into triage. Should be required to tell people checking in how many people are ahead of them because i so not have the capability to sit in their waiting room for 2+ hours without even being seen when I’m sick"
