"I really feel bad for the customer service team. I can only imagine the complaints they have to deal with on a daily basis. This company has got the be the most poorly managed freight company in the UNIVERSE! They lie about where your freight is, when it's going to be delivered, and then they smash the sh*t out of it and drop it off. Lesson here: You get what you pay for. Please spend the few extra bucks to get your freight shipped by a more reputable company. Customer service was very nice, couldn't help me, but kept a calm tone during our conversation."

"If there was such a thing as negative stars, they would be most deserving. I scheduled a pickup for a Monday through Freight Center. It was made very clear that a lift gate truck was needed and the Bill of Lading had clear instructions that a lift gate was needed. The driver shows up ( 1/29) without a lift gate and states he didn't realize the instruction for a lift gate. Not sure if the drivers do all the scheduling or their office, but either way, both are incompetent. We were told he would be back the next day (1/30) with a lift gate. This did not happen. When we called, we were informed that they only do lift gate pickups on Friday (2/2). Well wouldn't that have been nice to know when the order was first placed and we were on a tight deadline for delivery. We were told it would deliver in 3 day. So it was picked up on Friday and when I called on Monday to get a status update, I was told that it was just loaded on the truck and was scheduled to leave today with an estimated delivery of Wednesday (2/7). If you need a reliable freight company, I would stay clear of Central Transport. I’m updating this review on the morning of 2/9 and the load has still not been delivered to it’s destination. Need I say more about how terrible this company is?"

"Worst transport company I've ever dealt with. If I could put zero start, I'd do it. Do not used them unless you want to be totally pissed off. Customer service is terrible and they are inflexible even if you have an absolute emergency to where you need to get something on will call at their dock. Their website states the in transit time and they can't even follow that. Late shipments seems to be what they are good at."
