"Chicken was old had hot sauce on it and they said no refund without manager which we had to wait to call back disappointed so she called the GM manager and the Gm didn’t know it was on speaker and told her to lie to us and say she not answering which we confronted her “like we hear her” she wanted the manager to pay her out her pocket! Conclusion manger paid the refund never going bad"

"We rarely go to KFC but I couldn't believe it was almost $50 for some chicken tenders and two half full containers of potatoes. And we didn't get the sauces we asked for. And the biscuits, which were RAW."

"NEVER GO HERE!!! They somehow never have chicken. The workers are all rude, disrespectful, or just ignore you when you ask for the items they missed. Had to go back in from drive thru for fries and dipping sauces. She first tried to say I didn’t order fries so I politely showed her my receipt that had the fries and sauces I paid for. Gave 3 customers fries before me. Then rolled her eyes at me when I asked a 4th time for the sauces when she gave me my fries. Never go to this location. We have tried twice and it was the same experience both times. They should be closed down for good."

"Ordered food to dine in. While eating watched two customers give them such a hard time. The entire team there handled everything very well, even though one of the customers was irate. I’m in customer service so I know how hard it is to bite my tongue and there’s only so much that a business can do for each situation. I applaud the manager on duty 5:30 1/7/24 (think she said her name was Ms. B). She has the patience of a saint and the upmost respect for her customers. Even rude obnoxious ones. The food was good too. :)"
