"Do your taxes here at your own risk. Albert from Professional Tax Group did my taxes. After 2 years, I received a letter from the IRS stating that my taxes were not filed from the past two years. To get straight to my point, there was an issue with my pin. However, Albert did not resubmit my taxes or contact me to solve the problem. In short, I'm stuck with a bunch of late fees and didn't qualify for some state incentives. I contacted Albert by email, phone and in person. He resubmitted my taxes after 2 years and they were accepted finally. He told me in person that he would send me a form to look into getting my late fees dropped, but haven't recieved anything. My biggest disappointment is that he never reached out to help me. I had to email and go in person to try to solve all these issues. No apologies, no how can I help you."
