"We used this company to move a machine from Wixom Michigan to our office in Minnesota. The dispatcher said the truck would arrive around 8:00 a.m. Friday 08/27/2021. I booked a rigger for 8:00 a.m. Friday, the rigger showed up moved out an old machine, truck was still no here. I called dispatch and send them an email, I still have yet to get a response from them as of Monday morning. I called the trucker and he decided to take another load and was delivering that load before ours. I had to send the rigger to another job. Truck showed up with our machine at 12:00 noon, and I had to beg the rigger to come back and unload it. Finally have the machine moved into place. I emailed these people asking for a credit for the freight for having to have the rigger come back a 2nd time and I still have not heard a thing from them. I will never, and I mean never use this company again as the lack of communication has been terrible. We are stuck with an extra $600.00 rigging bill, and they don't have the common courtesy to call or email me back."

She refused to pay TONU (truck order not used ) and it was her fault because she didn't provide the correct dimensions of the load. I tried to spoke with the owner - Tom and he was acting like everything was normal and confirmed to me that they will not pay it. Try to avoid them!!!"
