"SOOO SO rude. I got here at 11:45 and the man that was there told me that the lady who does the livescan would arrive in 10 minutes (mind you, the place opens at 10 AM.) 15 minutes pass by and the man decides to call the lady "where are you? It's already 12 and someone is here waiting for you". 12:30 comes along and she FINALLY shows up. Very rude service, I had called the place earlier that day and asked how much i'd get charged, they said $64 (and I had given all the info necessary so they can know how much they would charge me exactly. I arrive here and the lady said $70. I told her this is not what I was told. Since I was already upset I decided to get up, leave, and go where it would be cheaper. DONT COME HERE. THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND IRRESPONSIBLE. While I was there their phone rang twice ans no one answered!!!"
"They advertise Live Scan for $15. For me it was $67. The girl after me was quoted $90. False advertising! They attach a note after you've paid: "Please do not depend on the Live Scan technician to provide you with any type of follow up." Um, OK. So my paper just sits in the inbox?"
