"I had my 2017 federal taxes and 2018 taxes done by them and I've only received one check and when I asked about the other checks they tell me I should get them on May 31 2019 well that day came and went. I have emailed & called them too many time to find out what is going on and I don't anything back from them. Finally I called and they gave me some numbers of amounts and dates with are WRONG! I'm homeless with my daughter and I'm trying to get us off these streets but when their are people like these that work at High Rollers Insurance that can careless about anything but themselves it can make u go crazy mad. They claim that the girl that did my taxes is always busy when I call but when I show up there they aren't busy at all there isn't anybody in the damn place. If I would of read these reviews before I went there I wouldn't of even went there at all but someone had recommended that place to me I am not happy with them at all. And do not recommend them for anyone to go there."

"Crooked...... The owner Veronica is nothing but UNPROFFESIONAL!!! has not given me the remaing balance from my taxes and said $513 that is my balance is her employee's Michaels??? but from what Alejandra told me Michael is the person that works for the IR S?? So dont know why my money went to him ???And that was the fee's to prepare my TAXES,LOL I never once signed or agreed to that ridiculous amount for Prep FEES!!! WHAT I VERBALLY agreed to pay was $140 and I thought I was doing business with Alejandra tax person which I agreed to pay and the "owner"Veronica. she said will take 2-3 weeks to get my taxes ,she was right took 2 weeks for the money to go into the owner Veronica's third party account in Ohio???? And weeks after they kept on giving me the run around high roller insurance can not be trusted and I still haven't got answers to where my $513 is ??????"

"I have the worst experience ever with high roller insurance and their owner Jessica Navarro. They will tell you what you want to hear to get your business and then after a couple months your rates will shoot up , mine went from 145.00 to 314.00 and I did not hide anything. Jessica will tell you to take 1000.00 deductible and if u get in accident she has a body shop that will do work for 0 deductible.NOT TRUE! Do not trust this insurance company, you will regret it"
