"I had an emergency need for copies and a printed emailed document for a job I had in the morning but had missed UPS times. It was after hours & I saw someone was still here at this facility & called to asked if she would do me the favor of helping me print these documents I needed for a job early in the morning. She agreed & unlocked the door & helped me out with my prints. Not everyone goes out of their way to unlock the door And go out of the way to take time to help you when they don't have to anymore. I had previously gone to another place and the lady closed the door in my face. So in Marlene agreed to help me, I know that The people here are good people. Thank you."

"I had a very good experience at Ramirez Income Taxes. They were very professional, very polite, and they are bilingual in Spanish they are a good company. And they are child friendly. Other tax places are Stuffy & hush your children. They offered cookies to my kids & that made me feel God as a parent to have taken my children with me every where I go. It felt like Family .
